1. 적용 범위와 기본 원칙

이 개인정보처리방침은 Android 앱 Insite Memo(com.insite.memo)의 사용자 데이터 처리에 적용됩니다.

Insite Memo는 계정 가입, 광고, 분석 SDK, 개발자 서버 동기화 및 클라우드 계정 저장을 사용하지 않는 로컬 우선 메모 앱입니다. 사용자가 작성하거나 선택한 데이터는 기본적으로 사용자 기기 안에서 처리되며, 개발자는 앱을 통해 해당 데이터를 서버로 전송받거나 열람하지 않습니다.

2. 앱이 기기에서 처리하는 데이터와 목적

앱은 사용자가 기능을 이용할 때 다음 데이터를 기기 안에서 처리할 수 있습니다.

0.1.4부터 앱은 사용자가 음성 메모의 녹음 시작을 직접 선택한 동안에만 마이크에 접근합니다. 녹음 파일은 앱 전용 내부 저장소에 보관되며 개발자 서버로 자동 전송되지 않습니다. 녹음 중에는 Android 포그라운드 서비스 알림으로 진행 상태와 제어 동작을 표시합니다.

3. 개발자에게 수집되거나 전송되는 데이터

현재 버전은 사용자 메모, 이미지, 음성 녹음, 설정, 기기 식별자, 이용 분석 정보 또는 오류 보고서를 개발자 서버로 전송하지 않습니다. 광고 SDK, 분석 SDK 및 원격 오류 수집 SDK도 포함하지 않습니다.

앱에서 처리되는 로컬 데이터는 개발자가 원격으로 조회, 수정 또는 삭제할 수 없습니다.

4. 권한과 시스템 기능 사용

  • 생체 인증 및 기기 인증: 앱 잠금 또는 잠금 메모 해제에 Android 시스템 인증 화면을 사용합니다. 앱은 지문, 얼굴 템플릿 등 생체정보를 직접 저장하거나 열람하지 않습니다.
  • 마이크: 사용자가 음성 메모 녹음을 시작한 동안 말이나 주변 소리를 녹음하기 위해 사용합니다. 권한을 거부하면 음성 녹음만 사용할 수 없고 다른 메모 기능은 계속 사용할 수 있습니다.
  • 알림과 포그라운드 서비스: 사용자가 빠른 추가 알림을 켠 경우 메모 진입 알림을 표시합니다. 음성 녹음 중에는 화면이 꺼지거나 앱이 잠시 백그라운드로 이동해도 사용자가 요청한 녹음을 유지하고 중지할 수 있도록 지속 알림을 표시합니다.
  • 시스템 파일 선택기: 사용자가 직접 선택한 위치에 백업 또는 내보내기 파일을 저장하고, 사용자가 고른 백업 파일을 가져옵니다. 앱은 전체 저장소 접근 권한을 요청하지 않습니다.
  • Android 공유 기능: 사용자가 명시적으로 공유 또는 가져오기를 선택한 경우에만 사용자가 선택한 앱과 텍스트, 이미지, 음성 또는 내보내기 파일을 주고받습니다. 잠금 메모의 음성을 공유할 때는 기기 인증과 별도 확인을 거칩니다.
  • 홈 위젯과 빠른 설정 타일: 사용자가 선택한 빠른 메모, 공개 핀 메모 또는 체크 항목을 Android 홈 화면이나 빠른 설정에서 표시하고 실행합니다. 잠금 메모 내용은 위젯에서 제외합니다.

5. 제3자 제공, 처리 위탁과 국외 이전

개발자는 사용자 메모와 첨부파일을 제3자에게 판매, 제공 또는 처리 위탁하지 않으며 개발자 주도의 국외 이전을 수행하지 않습니다.

다만 사용자가 Android 공유 기능, 내보내기 또는 시스템 파일 선택기를 통해 다른 앱이나 Google Drive 등 외부 저장소를 직접 선택하면 해당 데이터는 사용자가 선택한 대상에 전달될 수 있습니다. 이는 사용자가 시작하고 대상을 선택하는 기능이며, 전달 이후의 처리는 해당 앱 또는 저장소 제공자의 정책을 따릅니다.

현재 앱은 Google 로그인이나 Google Drive API를 사용하지 않습니다.

6. 보유 기간과 삭제·파기 방법

  • 앱 내부 데이터는 사용자가 삭제할 때까지 기기에 보관됩니다.
  • 일반 삭제한 메모는 휴지통에 남아 있을 수 있으며, 사용자가 영구 삭제하거나 휴지통을 비우면 앱 내부 데이터에서 삭제됩니다.
  • 현재 메모에서 제거한 음성은 되돌리기와 버전 기록 복구를 위해 해당 기록이 참조하는 동안 보관될 수 있습니다. 메모를 영구 삭제해 더 이상 참조되지 않는 음성 파일은 안전 유예 기간 뒤 백그라운드 정리 또는 사용자가 실행한 저장공간 정리에서 삭제됩니다.
  • Android 설정에서 Insite Memo의 앱 데이터를 삭제하거나 앱을 제거하면 앱 내부 데이터가 삭제됩니다.
  • 사용자가 별도로 공유하거나 저장한 음성, 백업, PDF, TXT, Markdown 또는 JSON 파일은 앱 데이터 삭제나 앱 제거만으로 삭제되지 않습니다. 사용자가 해당 앱 또는 저장 위치에서 직접 삭제해야 합니다.
  • 개발자 서버에 보관하는 사용자 메모나 계정 데이터가 없으므로 개발자가 원격으로 삭제할 서버 데이터는 없습니다.

7. 안전성 확보 조치와 주의사항

  • 메모 데이터는 앱 전용 저장소와 로컬 데이터베이스를 사용합니다.
  • 잠금 메모의 제목, 본문과 음성 파일은 Android Keystore 기반 키와 AES-GCM 암호화 경로를 사용합니다.
  • 앱 잠금과 잠금 메모 해제는 Android 시스템의 기기 인증 또는 생체 인증을 사용합니다.
  • 잠금 메모는 일반 검색, 일반 내보내기와 위젯 본문 표시에서 제외됩니다.
  • 일반 내보내기와 일반 백업은 잠금 메모를 제외합니다. 사용자가 보호 백업을 선택하면 잠금 메모와 잠금 음성을 사용자 암호 기반으로 보호한 전용 백업에 포함합니다.
  • 사용자가 직접 내보낸 일반 파일과 공유한 음성은 저장 위치에 따라 별도의 암호화 없이 열릴 수 있습니다. 민감한 자료는 신뢰할 수 있는 저장 위치에 보관하고 필요 없을 때 삭제해야 합니다.

어떠한 보안 방식도 모든 위험을 완전히 제거할 수는 없습니다. 기기 화면 잠금, 운영체제 업데이트 및 안전한 백업 위치 사용을 권장합니다.

8. 정보주체의 권리와 행사 방법

사용자는 앱 안에서 자신의 메모와 음성 블록을 열람, 수정, 삭제하고 휴지통을 비울 수 있으며, 설정의 음성 저장공간 정리 기능으로 더 이상 연결되지 않은 임시 파일을 정리할 수 있습니다. Android 설정에서 앱 데이터를 삭제할 수 있고 마이크·알림 권한과 생체 인증 사용 여부도 기기 설정에서 변경할 수 있습니다.

앱 데이터는 사용자 기기에만 있으므로 개발자는 원격 열람, 정정 또는 삭제를 대신 수행할 수 없습니다. 개인정보처리방침, 권한 사용 또는 데이터 처리에 관한 문의와 이의 제기는 위 개인정보 문의 이메일로 접수할 수 있습니다. 법정대리인이 권리를 행사해야 하는 경우에도 같은 연락처를 이용할 수 있습니다.

9. 아동의 개인정보

Insite Memo는 어린이를 주된 대상으로 설계하거나 광고하는 서비스가 아닙니다. 현재 버전은 계정 가입이나 개발자 서버 수집 기능이 없으며, 만 14세 미만 사용자의 개인정보를 개발자 서버에서 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다.

10. 자동 수집 장치와 정책 웹페이지

Insite Memo 앱은 쿠키, 광고 식별자 또는 사용자 추적 기술을 사용하지 않습니다.

이 방침을 게시한 웹페이지를 제공하는 과정에서 호스팅 사업자가 보안과 서비스 운영을 위해 IP 주소, 브라우저 정보, 접속 시각과 같은 기술 로그를 처리할 수 있습니다. 해당 로그는 Insite Memo의 메모 데이터와 결합되지 않으며, 호스팅 서비스의 개인정보처리방침이 함께 적용될 수 있습니다.

11. 방침 변경과 향후 기능

광고, 분석, 원격 오류 수집, Google 로그인, Google Drive API 백업, 클라우드 동기화 또는 AI API 등 기기 밖으로 데이터를 전송하는 기능을 추가하기 전에는 이 방침, 앱 내부 고지와 Google Play 데이터 보안 선언을 먼저 갱신합니다.

방침이 변경되면 시행일과 변경 내용을 이 페이지 또는 앱 업데이트 안내를 통해 알립니다.

1. Scope and local-first design

This policy applies to the Android app Insite Memo (com.insite.memo). Insite Memo does not use account registration, ads, analytics SDKs, developer-server sync, or cloud account storage. User content is processed primarily on the user’s device, and the developer does not receive or access that content through a developer server.

2. Data processed on the device

The app may locally process note titles and bodies, checklist items, folders, tags, colors, pins, stickers, templates, images selected by the user, user-recorded audio, audio bookmarks, duration and waveform summaries, locked-note data, version history, trash state, backup and import history, and app settings. This data is used only to provide note creation, organization, search, protection, display, recording, playback, sharing, backup, import, export, and restore features.

Starting with version 0.1.4, the app accesses the microphone only while the user has explicitly started a voice-memo recording. Recordings are stored in app-private storage and are not automatically transmitted to a developer server. An Android foreground-service notification shows the recording state and controls while recording is active.

3. Data collection and transmission

The current version does not transmit notes, images, voice recordings, settings, device identifiers, analytics, or crash reports to a developer server. It includes no advertising, analytics, or remote crash-reporting SDK. The developer cannot remotely view, change, or delete data stored only on the user’s device.

4. Permissions and Android features

  • Device and biometric authentication are handled by Android. The app does not store or access fingerprint or facial templates.
  • Microphone access is used to record speech or nearby sound only after the user starts voice recording. If permission is denied, only voice recording is unavailable; other note features continue to work.
  • Notifications and a microphone foreground service are used to show and control an active user-requested recording when the screen turns off or the app briefly moves to the background. Notifications are also used when the user enables quick add.
  • The Android system file picker is used for user-selected backup, export, and import locations. The app does not request broad storage access.
  • Android sharing transfers text, images, audio, or exported files only when the user chooses the action and destination. Sharing audio from a locked note requires device authentication and a separate confirmation.
  • Widgets and Quick Settings tiles show or open user-selected note functions. Locked-note content is excluded from widget previews.

5. Third parties and international transfers

The developer does not sell, provide, or outsource user notes or attachments to third parties and does not initiate international transfers. If the user selects another app or an external storage provider such as Google Drive through Android sharing or the system file picker, the selected destination receives the data at the user’s direction and applies its own policy.

The current app does not use Google Sign-In or the Google Drive API.

6. Retention and deletion

Local data remains on the device until the user deletes it. Deleted notes may remain in the trash until permanently deleted or the trash is emptied. Audio removed from the current note may remain while it is referenced by undo or version history. Once a note is permanently deleted and an audio file is no longer referenced, the file is deleted after a safety grace period by background cleanup or user-initiated storage cleanup. Removing the app or clearing app data deletes app-internal data. Separately shared, exported, or backed-up files remain in their selected app or storage location and must be deleted there by the user.

7. Security

The app uses app-private storage and a local database. Titles, bodies, and audio files in locked notes use an Android Keystore-backed AES-GCM encryption path. Device or biometric authentication protects app and note unlock flows. Locked-note content is excluded from normal search, normal export, and widget previews. General backups exclude locked notes; a user-selected protected backup can include locked notes and audio using password-based protection.

General exported files and shared audio may be readable without separate encryption depending on the selected format and storage location. Users should keep sensitive files in a trusted location and delete them when no longer needed.

8. User rights

Users can view, edit, delete, and permanently remove notes and audio blocks in the app, clean unlinked temporary audio in settings, clear app data in Android settings, and manage microphone and notification permissions in system settings. Because the developer does not hold a server copy of local app data, the developer cannot remotely access, correct, or delete it. Questions and objections about this policy or app data handling may be submitted to the privacy email above.

9. Children

Insite Memo is not designed or marketed primarily for children. The current version has no account registration or developer-server collection and does not knowingly collect children’s personal data on a developer server.

10. Tracking and policy-page hosting

The app does not use cookies, advertising identifiers, or tracking technologies. The hosting provider for this public policy page may process technical access logs such as IP address, browser information, and access time for security and service operation. Those logs are not combined with Insite Memo note content and may also be governed by the hosting provider’s policy.

11. Changes and future features

Before adding ads, analytics, remote crash reporting, Google Sign-In, Google Drive API backup, cloud sync, or AI APIs that transmit data off-device, the developer will update this policy, in-app disclosures, and the Google Play Data safety declaration.
